A senior position has arisen within Strutt & Parker’s growing Land Management team in Guildford, working with private and institutional clients throughout Surrey, West Sussex and the South Downs National Park.

The team has a strong presence in the south of England, and the successful candidate will be involved in maintaining, developing and strengthening further Strutt & Parker’s reputation as a leader in land management services in this area.

The role will involve a full range of asset and estate management, as well as associated professional advice, such as strategic reviews, tax planning, valuation, landlord and tenant matters, compensation and compulsory purchase, and some brokerage.  Responsibilities will include:

• Taking on an existing land management portfolio
• Supporting the team in winning and delivering new instructions
• Providing positive leadership to other members of the team

You are likely to be looking for the next step in your career and this role will suit someone MRICS qualified aspiring to director level who is interested in participating in the management and development of a team in the longer term and who can take on a high level of responsibility from the start. An established network of contacts in the south of England would be an advantage.
