The success and growth of Strutt & Parker’s Farming Department in the UK continues and due to expansion and succession planning we currently have a senior level position based in Salisbury, supporting and strengthening further our impressive client base in the south west of England.

Responsibilities include providing technical, business and strategic advice to farmers and landowners including farm management, contract farming and joint ventures, grants and subsidies, business strategy and reviews, agronomy and crop management, and farm business transfers.

The successful candidate will have a proven track record in Farm Business Management. A client following, team leadership skills, and BASIS and FACTS qualifications are desirable.
